Artichoke hearts, the perfect antipasto accompaniment to any platter. Adds a delicious tart flavour to salads and pizza. These can also be used to make breaded artichoke hearts. You can drain them, then crumb them with parmigianno reggiano, egg, flour, panko crumbs and spices/seasoning as you like and fry as an appetiser or 'snack' before a main meal.
