FRENCH BRIE
(Brie d'Isigny)

FROM ISIGNY

A rich and creamy French Brie from Normandy, made by the Cooperative Isigny Sainte-Mère. Isigny Brie is velvety soft with a buttery flavour and made with ‘double cream’ to boost its richness. From the very first taste, you will experience its indulgence, and its incredibly buttery nature.

Before you dive into the Brie, ensure it has been set out at room temperature for at least 30 min to 1 hour to enhance flavour and texture. This way you get to taste the cheese at its optimum.

Enjoy alongside crusty baguette with thinly sliced apples and toasted walnuts, Isigny Brie also pairs wonderfully with dark chocolate and berries. Delicious on lavish crackers, as well as fresh French Style breads such as Baguettes.
